About me

I believe we are complex, interconnected, and deeply resilient beings. Within us lives both mystery and perseverance. Much of healing happens when we learn how to reconnect with ourselves—from the inside out.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California—where my love for depth and somatic work truly began. I’m a Somatic Psychotherapist with a depth orientation, which means my work focuses not only on thoughts and emotions, but how the body holds experience and tells its story.

My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from somatic psychology, depth practices, parts work, relational, strength-based, and other modalities that fit what you need.

The foundation of my work rests on curiosity, acceptance, honesty, humor, and empathy.

Therapy should feel supportive and challenging—a place where you can be real, dig deep, and exhale a little when life feels heavy.

I was born and raised on the East Coast as the youngest of four, which sparked my lifelong interest in family systems and intergenerational patterns. That curiosity has become a thread that runs through my work today.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me pretending to be superheroes with my son and husband, weightlifting, rock climbing, or on a surfboard. Staying connected to movement, play and adventure helps to keep me grounded and present.

At the heart of it all, I truly love the work I do—and I’m committed to helping you wake up to yourself and step into what’s truly possible.
