Individuals

I work with people from all walks of life, but mainly two groups of people I work with are athletes and teens in recovery.

Athletes

As a former competitive athlete, I know what it takes to train, perform, and push yourself past limits. I also know the weight of what can build up off the field—the stress, pressure, and expectations that can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or worn down.

I work with athletes and former athletes who want to feel more grounded, balanced, and connected in both their sport and their lives. Through a somatic lens, we’ll pay attention not just to your thoughts, but also to how your body holds stress, drive, and resilience. Together, we create space to release what feels heavy, stay connected with your strengths, and cultivate a sense of presence that supports you both on and off the field.

For parents of athletes, this work can also offer insight into the unique challenges your child is facing. Therapy can become a space to learn how to support them with understanding, boundaries, and healthy communication—so they can thrive in their sport and at home.

Teens in Recovery

Recovery isn’t just about stopping a behavior or substance — it’s about understanding what’s underneath it. Whether you’re navigating sobriety, experimenting less, or just trying to get a handle on what’s going on, therapy can be a place to slow down, get honest, and find yourself again.

Being a teen comes with its own chaos — pressure from school, friendships, family expectations and figuring out who you are. Add recovery to that mix, and it can feel like a lot. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening inside and around you, so you can move forward with more stability, confidence and choice.

How We Work Together

My approach blends talking with embodied practices, because real change often needs to move beyond words. In our sessions, we might use grounding, breathwork, authentic movement, imagery, music, art, or even nature to connect you more deeply with yourself. These practices help uncover insights held in your body, allowing you to shift patterns from the inside out.

Through this integrative process, my goal is to get to know the full story of you—your past, your present, and the possibilities ahead—so you can move forward with more aliveness, courage, and joy.
