Individuals
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, but two of my specialties are athletes and teens in recovery.
Athletes
As a former competitive athlete, I know what it takes to train, perform, and push yourself past limits. I also know the weight of what can build up off the field—the stress, pressure, and expectations that can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or worn down.
For many athletes, the sport becomes a home base—your community, your structure, your accountability, your identity. So when something shifts (an injury, getting cut from the team, graduating, or simply outgrowing this chapter), it can feel disorienting. Who am I without this? Where do I belong now? What do I do with all this energy and emotion that used to have a place to go?
This work helps you build a deeper sense of presence, clarity, and identity—one that supports you both on and off the field, and carries you into whatever comes next.
Teens in Recovery
Recovery isn’t just about stopping a behavior or substance — it’s about understanding what’s underneath it. Whether you’re navigating sobriety, experimenting less, or just trying to get a handle on what’s going on, therapy can be a place to slow down, get honest, and find yourself again.
Being a teen comes with its own chaos — pressure from school, friendships, family expectations and figuring out who you are. Add recovery to that mix, and it can feel like a lot. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening inside and around you, so you can move forward with more stability, confidence and choice.
How We Work Together
My approach blends talking with body-based practices, because real change often needs to move beyond words. In our sessions, we might use grounding, breathwork, authentic movement, imagery, music, art, or even nature to connect you more deeply with yourself. These practices help uncover insights held in your body, allowing you to shift patterns from the inside out.
Through this integrative process, my goal is to get to know the full story of you—your past, your present, and the possibilities ahead—so you can move forward with more aliveness, courage, and joy.
