Recovery Support
My work supports your life after rehab. It also supports you as the parent of an adult child navigating the recovery world.
I’m the therapist you call after you’ve gone to treatment and are committed to your recovery process. You’ve done the hard work of getting help, and now you want consistent, ongoing support to keep moving forward.
If you’re in recovery:
Coming home from treatment can feel unsettling. The constant structure and support of a treatment facility are gone, and now you’re left with yourself. You want to stay steady and figure out who you are in this next chapter. Therapy can work alongside your meetings, sponsor, IOP, psychiatrist, and job to give you a consistent place to land each week.
If you’re the parent:
Parenting your adult child in recovery can feel overwhelming and isolating. You may feel scared, exhausted, and unsure how to help without making things worse.
You want your adult child to know you see them, yet conversations keep turning into distance or conflict. You're second-guessing every decision, caught between holding boundaries and wanting to protect them from pain, while holding your own grief, confusion, and burnout.
My Approach
I offer trauma-informed somatic therapy to help you stay grounded and emotionally present during these complex seasons.
My approach focuses on nervous system regulation and embodied awareness—so you can respond from steadiness instead of panic. We explore how pressure, fear, and urgency show up in your body, and how to build regulation before reacting or rushing to problem-solve.
Therapy becomes a space to slow down and stay connected without losing yourself.
You’re in recovery and seeking therapy to:
Build consistency and support after treatment
Notice stress and cravings in your body before they take over
Rebuild trust and set boundaries with friends and family
Explore what’s underneath old patterns and create healthier patterns
Feel more at home in yourself
You’re a parent who is seeking therapy to:

This work is not about being “perfect,” in recovery or as a parent. The focus in our work together is to help you become more regulated, reflective, and emotionally mature. Someone who can model self-trust, presence, and care through transition.
